The selling process

The selling process starts from our initial discussion with regards to your circumstances. We will discuss  your current situation and use the initial the initial conversation as an opportunity to learn about your specific requirements. Some common questions we would ask is if you would like to sell and rent back, the time in which you need to get a sale, your price requirements and so on.

We usually aim to get an instant offer to you over the phone to prove how quickly we like to move. If you are happy with the provisional offer, we will then proceed to confirming the property valuations by a way of arranging a surveyor to visit your property. The surveyor will be visiting to confirm the property valuations.

Once the valuations have been confirmed, we will then finalise our offer and confirm our commitment to proceed to complete the sale. This essentially means instructing the solicitors to draw up contracts and arrange an exchange of contracts and completion. We would ask you to sign a commitment agreement to gain your commitment to sell to us before we spend time and money on the sale.
